Leadership doesn't have to be isolating.
Leadership Thought Partners is a coach-led group designed for those who want to think more clearly, gain perspective, and develop alongside a trusted community of peers facing similar leadership challenges.
The cohort begins with a Leadership Pattern Snapshot, a brief reflection that helps identify where pressure and complexity may be influencing your leadership. Together, we'll use those insights to identify your personal leadership stretch and shape many of our coaching conversations throughout the year.
Each session blends practical leadership learning with peer coaching around real-time challenges. While every cohort follows a developmental arc, we'll prioritize the topics that are most relevant to the group, such as:

Thinking more strategically under pressure

Developing others without creating dependency
Throughout the cohort, you'll experiment with new approaches, reflect on what you're learning, and revisit your leadership patterns as you grow.
We'll also incorporate evidence-based coaching tools, including LEGO® Serious Play®, to help uncover new perspectives, challenge assumptions, and explore complex leadership situations in ways that traditional discussion often cannot.
Some sessions intentionally leave space for member-led coaching, giving you the opportunity to work through current leadership challenges with the support of both an experienced executive coach and a trusted group of peers.

Join a vibrant community of peer leaders who understand your journey, but not your internal office politics. In our sessions, you'll share experiences, gain insights, and build meaningful connections. This supportive network is key to your growth and success.
