Do I need to be creative or know how to use LEGO®?

Not at all. No building experience required—just an open mind. The process is designed for everyone.

Do I need my own LEGO® bricks?

No!  The LEGO® set we will be using is included in the tuition and will be sent to your home address (fees apply for shipping outside of the US.)

What if I can’t attend all four sessions?

We recommend attending live, but if you miss one, you’ll still receive a recap, a guided reflection prompt, and suggested actions/resources.

What’s the time commitment?

Each sprint runs over 4 weeks, with one 90-minute session and three 60-minute sessions. You’ll also leave each session with a small leadership experiment to try in your day-to-day work.

How big is each group?

Groups are intentionally small—usually 6–8 people—to allow for deep reflection, meaningful conversation, and personalized coaching.

Is this in-person or virtual?

All sessions are virtual, so you can join from anywhere.  If you are outside of the US, we will work with you on the best way to get LEGO® to use.

Do I have to commit to the full series?
