When's the last time your team had a difficult conversation? How'd it go? One of the key elements of a psychologically safe team is the comfort that teammembers have giving and receiving feedback...in other words, being part of courageous conversations. In this mini-workshop, you'll learn skills to make these conversations (that happen at work AND likely around the family dinner table) more productive and less scary. You'll then get a chance to practice your skills while making paracord wristbands for active duty military. Not only will you leave with new skills that will set your team (and family) up well for a productive 2023, but you'll also know that you helped support heroes who are the epitome of courage each day. $495 + shipping for up to 10 people; each additional team member is $45
