Service Description

Personal and team reflection leads to enhanced wellbeing and improved team performance. Participants in this workshop will dig into their strengths and values to explore what helps them to find meaning at work and thrive in terms of their wellbeing. They'll also explore daily practices that can help them to be even more resilient in the coming year. The team will do the same, reflecting and learning about each other to establish practices that will set them up to thrive this year. Finally, the team will work together to create gratitude cards for some of the most resilient people in our community: teachers. You'll leave energized by learning and giving, with a plan to make this year a year of personal and team thriving. $495 + shipping for up to 10 people; each additional team member is $45
